I wonder why the religion card is played by netas & whether it is
effective
I do not know why a wedge is sought to created between hindus &
muslims
After all it is a matter of conversion only
While secularism is the theme of our constitution , like blind men
exploring an elephant every one finds a convenient meaning out of it
Why can’t thousands flowers bloom together
When Pakistanis can play along with Indians in ipl matches how does
it make a difference if certain land is allocated to amaranth board
I wonder why the opposition
Do not the persons opposing know that this act will provide fodder

Israel has fought with arabs for decades with no result there are

Secularism is in our blood
I was brought up in a devout hindu family but was encouraged to
worship pir as was the tradition
After my marriage I first went to a majaar & offered a floral
tribute before going to a temple
Years later when I went to my native village in rajasthan I found
that there was a durgah & a temple in the same compound visitors had
to first pray at dargah
I am told in our weddings all auspicious items like chunari, bangles
etc are supplied by muslims & they command respect even though
utensils provided to them are separate
During tajiya processions I am told mothers used to make small
children pass through the tajia flags to ward off evil
The sweeper who used to clean my loo got a job in a nationalized
bank used to serve tea to bank staff
Children of my building durwan are going to English school
Two sons of my news paper hawker are doing ca & daughter is doing
engineering
So where is the barrier
Why caste or such divisive elements
Khoon ka rang akhir la hai holi main sub khelte gulal hain
I wonder when people will tell politicians to lay off & mind there
own business which is to provide infra for the population to enable
it flourish it can be education ,law & order defence &forex
management , judiciary , monetary policy etc
I find politicians to be like guides for blind man they have to be
obedient , well trained should be put on leash( I have not used the
word dog)
But find them LIKE sheep dogs to steer sheep but a statesman
like the shepherd has to be there whom I do not find these days
after sardar patel
Do we need another patel or chanakya to emerge
Is kaal ka kab ant hoga,
kya dusre Krishna ka kabhi janm hoga
I used to wonder why politicians are needed in the first place

I now think the alternate is maoist or naxals or Taliban
So politicians are better lot any day if they are shown their place
